Data Deletion Request
How to ask us to delete the data we hold for you, disconnect a TikTok account, and remove stored authorization tokens.
1. What You Can Delete
This page explains how to ask NeuraCore AI VN to delete the data we hold about you. You can request deletion of any of the following categories, or all of them together.
- Your consultation request. If you have sent us a consultation request — by email from our contact section, or through a consultation form where we offer one — we hold what you sent: your name, your email address and, where you provided them, your company, your phone number and your message.
- TikTok integration data. Where you have connected a TikTok account to our Services: the link between that account and NeuraCore, the account identifier we received from TikTok, and the scopes you granted during authorisation.
- Stored OAuth tokens. The access token and refresh token issued by TikTok when you authorised the connection. These are held in server-side storage and are never exposed in your browser or in a URL.
- Media and publishing records. Any media you supplied for an authorised publish, and the record of that publish — its time, its status and the resulting TikTok post reference.
An honest note about the demo journey. Data from the “Hành trình chuyển đổi số” journey is never stored on our servers, so there is nothing there for us to delete. Your business profile and the demo results live in your own browser's sessionStorage; they disappear when the browser session ends, and you can remove them at any time by clearing your browser's site data. Documents you upload are read in memory only and never written to disk — we log only the file type, byte size and character count. Camera frames sent to the vision demo are held in memory for the length of the request and never reach disk or logs.
2. How to Request Deletion
Email contact@neuracoreaivn.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Please write from the address you used to contact us, or the address tied to the enquiry you want removed, so we can match your request to the right record.
In the message, please tell us:
- Which categories from section 1 you want deleted, or that you want everything deleted.
- If a TikTok connection is involved, the TikTok display name or account identifier used for it, so we can find the right authorisation record.
- Anything that helps us locate the entry, such as the approximate date you contacted us or the company name you gave.
We may need to verify that the request really comes from you — the person who sent the enquiry, or the holder of the connected TikTok account — before acting on it. Verification protects you: it prevents someone else from deleting your data or severing your integration. We will ask for no more than we need to establish that the request is genuine, and will not use it for anything else.
3. Disconnecting TikTok
If you have connected a TikTok account, you can revoke NeuraCore's access yourself on TikTok, without waiting for us. TikTok keeps a list of the third-party applications you have authorised in its own account settings, under the section that manages app permissions or connected apps, and lets you remove any of them. TikTok controls that interface and may change where it sits, so follow TikTok's current instructions rather than a fixed menu path.
Revoking access immediately stops NeuraCore from making further calls on your account's behalf: the tokens we hold stop working and nothing more can be published through our Services. You can also ask us to delete the stored tokens and the connection record by following section 2, and we recommend doing both.
Content already published stays on TikTok. Posts published to your account live on TikTok's platform and are governed by TikTok. Disconnecting the integration or deleting your NeuraCore data does not remove them — to take a post down, delete it in TikTok itself.
4. What Happens After a Request
When your email reaches us we acknowledge it, verify that it really comes from you, and then delete the data you asked us to remove — or irreversibly anonymise it where a record must be kept in a form that can no longer be linked back to you.
- Stored OAuth access and refresh tokens are invalidated and deleted, ending our ability to act on the TikTok account.
- The connection record, the account identifier and the granted scopes are removed.
- Consultation-form entries and any stored media and publishing records are deleted.
We act without undue delay. Copies may persist briefly in routine system backups; we do not restore deleted data from them, and those backups are overwritten on their normal rotation cycle rather than within a fixed number of days we cannot guarantee. We confirm by email once the deletion is done.
5. Data We Cannot Delete
A small amount of information may have to stay with us, or is simply not ours to remove:
- Records we are required to keep for legal, tax, accounting, security or dispute-resolution purposes, for as long as the applicable laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam require. We keep only what is necessary for that purpose.
- Content already published on TikTok, which lives on TikTok's platform and is governed by TikTok. Delete it in TikTok itself, as described in section 3.
Where we must retain something, we will tell you what it is and why when we answer your request.
